Through some practical field trainings on Sideritis mountain tea and oregano, 12 local MAPs actors strengthened their skills in harvesting, drying, storage, hygiene, and quality improvement. This activity showed how small changes can bring better quality, fewer losses, stronger market opportunities, and more value for local families. We invite more farmers and collectors to join this journey.
